Frequent throat and ear pain

I am having throat pain and ear pain at regular intervals. I have no difficulty in swallowing or breathing. If I talk for long time it gives me pain in the throat. I took AZITHRAL 250 for throat pain and CEFTAS CV 500 for ear pain. At times I am having pain in collarbone. I brush my teeth at least four times a day and exert too much for getting the flum out of the throat. Will it be the reason for such pains.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Throat and ear pain may indeed be attributed to infection. However, if the symptoms persisted even after taking antibiotics, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination and diagnostic tests are highly recommended. Take care and do keep us posted.
