Swollen lymph node on right side of neck

I've had a cyst or swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck for around 5 years. It's gradually getting bigger and it's starting to cause head aches and other discomforts. I can't afford a biopsy at this time and I'm a little concerned. Cancer runs thick in my family. Any help would be appreciated tremendously! Thanks in advance !

I'm not a health expert but I am studying to become a doctor, but cancer could be possible. It could also be swelling. It is hard to tell. A biopsy is highly recommended when you have the chance. Best wishes~WaffleFry
