Small Pink Discoloration of Testicle

On my left testicle, I have a small, pink, almost circular discoloration. I have no pain there, no swelling, no lumps. It's been there for a month or so. The rest of my skin in that area has always been somewhat tan. Just recently I noticed this discoloration. I am 22 and have not been sexually active. Does this discoloration mean anything?
