I have been having stomach bloating problems for at least the last 6 months. However, it is not constant. In the morning, it is not so bad. However, after eating, I tend to get very bloated. I don't eat foods that would cause this bloating, such as milk or dairy products, and have not made major changes to my diet. I looked up stomach bloating online and came across a lot of information about it being a symptom of ovarian cancer. I have gained approximately 10lbs in the past year, even with healthy eating and daily cardio exercise (60-90 minutes). Although I am constantly bloated, I am not fatigued, or have any pains. In addition, no one in my family has cancer. Could one have ovarian cancer without pain or weight loss?
