Penile Cancer?

Somebody please help me.. I am an 18 year old American boy living in Finland, and i am having trouble finding help in english regarding a pencil eraser sized white lump on the glans of my penis. I have never been so worried in my life, because the description of early penile cancer really seems to fit my case. I just want an answer so i can take preemptive action before anything gets serious, and if it is not serious, i don't want to worry anymore. I have prayed and searched online for days but with no answers. I literally shake with fear every time i start my search in fear of my worst nightmare being confirmed. Please, help me, and god bless you.

Given your age and the fact Penile Cancer is rare in North America and Europe,  it probably is not cancer.  Please do get it checked.

Have you any Finnish people/friends who can help you out?

You can try contacting the US embassy in Finland to see if they can help you locate a physician who is competent with English.
