cancer? No insurance should i go to the doctors anyway?

I found out I had hpv in august, when I was pregnant; fyi my water broke at 5 months and 2 years ealier my water broke at 5 months also. The dr found precancerous cells which she said were benign. However for the past 4 months I've been having extreme bloating and gas to the point where I can't stand straight, I've had spoting (not red but black or brown, this has been a problem for about a year and its almost constant), about 3 months ago I started lossing weight total 20lbs with no change in diet/excersize, I had been constipated and I am always tired with lack of energy. I do not have insurance but will make a appt if needed. My father died from panceratic neuroendocrine cancer on dec 23rd of 2011. I am now very parinoid for myself. I read his medical papers and in the begining he had the same syptoms. Should I be worried.

Yes go see a doctor, and most hospitals and doctors have programs for people who do not have insurance.
