do i have penile cancer

i developed some blisters on my foreskin when i ws 14.im not circumsized and i used to masturbate a lot.the blisters  hv now spread on to the entire foreskin and i have started to develop hard white pimples on e tip of the penis.im stil a virgin and i rily scared im turning 18 next year in march.help pliz am i dying

the only way your going to get a definite diagnosis to this is to go and get checked out. have you ever been to a doctor about this case and if not why not. i dont think your dying but i do know you need to get it seen to and get the appropriate treatment its really for the best. please get yourself seen to. good luck and best wishes

Definitely doesn't sound like any Penile CA, which is rare and pretty much non-existent for your age group.
