Alot of different things can cause your uterus to become englarged and many of them are not cancer. Are you having any problems with excessive or lack of menstrual bleeding or cramps?

There could be a combination of several things going on there, but in all likelyhood it's probably not cancer. Check out the disorder called "Interstitial cystitus", it can cause many of the symptoms your describing. I suffer from it myself and many women have a bout of it during their life time. It's something that comes and goes in flare ups. A general pelvic infection could also cause what is going on. In the end, your doctor is the final diagnoser of course! Just giving my opinion :)

Sounds like you could have a large fibroid there.  I've been there, done that.  Not cancerous.  You may need surgery called a myomectomy.(removal of the fibroid)
Are you having irregular heavy bleeding??

I was just like you: The Dr. told me my uterus was the size of a four to five month pregnant woman but I had my tubes tied ten years ago I went in for a ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound They found fibroids and the little suckers were getting bigger. And putting pressure on my bladder making me go to the bathroom like a pregnant woman. I put up with it for as long as I could. I just had a total hysterectomy two weeks ago and I feel wonderful of course I was in pain right after surgery But now I feel great.
