Pain and sensation in genitals

i am 28 (6ft 2inch/78 Kg), Have healthy sex life with my wife (since last three years) who is the only sex partner i ever had. Same is true for her-for very sure. She is pregnant and we decided to aovid sex during this time. i masturbate some times twice in a night. Only use bathing soap/oil sometimes. Recently i have observed sensation/mild tintling in/around tip of my penis and mild burning sensation while urinating. This gets converted into pain in penis-base where it joins with body- and inside my testicles ( iguess so... as thepain is not very acute but sharp and feel inside the region mentioned above) i get lower backpain too.

This has happended two to three times, iahd to take pain killers twice in a night to get rid of the pain

Please help me and guide me as to what it could be? can masturbation cause STDs or other such diseases? can it be cancer? i am really worried and under constant fear of this pain and sleepless nights.

Hi,
It would be best if you see a doctor and have yourself examined.
If you are having difficulty with voiding, does it only occur after having sex? Is it possible that there is no connection with the intercourse and the subsequent pain, and that the only problem is with voiding? could it be possible that you are simply passing kidney stones? does the irritation start with the initial flow of urine, or close to the end of the stream? is the stream of urine difficult to initiate?

Hi,
There are some nerves on the back and the testicle that are shared. But the nerve is pretty high (not lower back), around the area where the lowest rib is attached, this is because the testes are originally inside the abdomen during embryological development and descend into the scrotum as the fetus matures dragging the nerves with them.
The involvement of the lower back is likely postural, during the moment of ejaculation there is a surge of adrenalin in which some muscles tend to spasm and contract - if the position your body takes during those moments is different from the position you take during intercourse with your wife, the spasm can be perceived as pain. If this is the cause, try changing your body position, you could try lying supine in order to avoid any stress on your back.

Hi,
Does it occur within a day after you masturbate? The simplest scenario is that some of the soap or oil enters through the urethra (the hole on the tip of your penis when you pee), and this can cause irritation.
Cancers in general on the penis are external and do not cause pain, testicular cancers are likewise not painful. Masturbation                    can't give you STD unless we are talking about using someone else's hand (and that someone has STD), some folks call this mutual masturbation.
If there is no  improvement  after a day or two after you masturbate - best  to  have yourself examined.
