Try hard not to get ahead of yourself there are other benign conditions which may present as lumps. The ultrasound will determine if the masses are solid or not (testicular cancer) The website www.tccancer.com can answer any questions you may have and put your mind at ease as far as what your next step should be, they were a life saver to me when my boyfriend was first diagnosed. Testicular cancer has a high survival rate I know its not something you want to think about but what ever the outcome you both will get through this. All the best.
