Hi,

High lymphocyte count is also called lymphocytosis. It is common in acute viral infections, including infectious mononucleosis (glandular fever), or in bacterial infections like tuberculosis. The malignant blood disease chronic lymphocytic leukaemia can cause a high lymphocyte count.

All these conditions need to be investigated further for a confirmed diagnosis.

It would be helpful if you could tell us the blood report and the lymphocyte count.

Do let us know if you have any more doubts.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
