COULD IT BE HEART DISEASE

I AM A 30 Y/O BF Ihave had these chest "spasms",located in the center of my chest for over a year intermittently.  Many are so severe that I have to hold my breathe or start coughing to get them to stop.  Most recently I have been having dizzy spells several times a day, occassionally near syncopal episodes even while driving. I have gone to the ER and to my private physician several times, nothing found. I have had EKG'S, three CT's and an MRI again nothing.  The dizziness has not stoped, i am having a difficult time communicating and concentrating at times, even forgeting how to get home even though it a road frequently traveled. wHAT COULD THIS BE?

It is possible that you have some transient change like a rhythm abnormality that might not be seen on EKG. It would best be seen by an extended holter monitor to check your rhythm. what does your doctor say? Remain persistent in determining the cause of this ambiguously bad feeling

Have you had your cholesterol checked? Do you have any family history of heart disease?  I know weight or stress can cause  you to have palpation. I use to have dizzy spells but came to find out that it was my glasses all bent out of shape throwing my balance off, so I just went to the Lens Crafters to adjust my glasses. Get a cholesterol test done just to see if you are not at risk for a heart attack. I hope this helps some what.
