Thats normal!
My cat never done it because when we take the kittens to the vets the mummy always comes too... Just incase, well she did cause they wwere TINY then. But when we had to leave one kitten behind at the vets, because she was dying, when we brought her back we had to hnd feed her cause she was so ill. Eventually she suckled by herself!!
But my mum cat hisses at them now, cause they play fight with her.

But its normal! bribe her with some food to come in... and keep her in for 24-48hrs and see what happens! :)

Yep! Its quite hard to believe ( I didnt) but mine did this with one of her two spayed girls, not at the moment they arrived but next day.I was a lot troublesome cos I have 3 cats and keep them apart was not something easy.
The kitteen Loreena rejected,JOY (she was not only hissing, she was attacking her - and the other girl started doing the same) was the one that came back from surgery drowsy and took more time to recover, vet said it was not the reason but I feel like mother cat was rejecting her for being so weird...

Yes, this will pass!!

This has happened w/ cats that I've had....once goes to the vet, and the other ones hiss.  They hiss because they smell different from being at the vet's.  That's all it is!

Give it a couple of days, and all will be well again!
