Very Cute Story
This is really weird, but I have a friend whose kids have been taken by SS, she's probably getting them back soon. One of them is a very young baby. I was looking at pictures of her on facebook and I was explaining to to Stardust what was going on. All of a sudden she was fighting me for control of the computer. She picked up her front paw and began patting the baby's face, in the picture. She then started howling, and wouldn't let me do anything else on the computer. I'm not sure if she understood what was going on, but it was cute nonetheless.
I like the patting-the-screen thing, though. I once had a cat who stalked the screen when some lions were on tv on a nature show, but he stopped short of actually touching the screen with his foot. :)
I've heard of a bird doing something like that, a cockatoo who just went nuts when JLo came on TV.
