You're welcome!! =D Your baby's getting some exercise chasing your other kitty! LOL
Take care and best wishes!
No, No... no table scraps for these spoiled cats, oddly enough. They get a 1/2 cup of Whiskas' dry food Meaty Selections twice a day. Then I read that cats need soft food to hydrate themselves, so they split a Whiskas soft food package. The last vet I saw told me to use that measuring cup for their dry food. She not so much interested in playing as she is chasing the smallest cat around the place once a day. We live in a small 1 bedroom right, so I'm hoping they get more exercise with a bigger place. (We're moving into a 2 bedroom soon.)
Thanks again, Zodiac Queen :)
Yes, I think a wet paper towel is enough! That's what we've used on our cats that don't keep their booties clean! I don't think you'd need to whip out the shampoo, unless your cat made a complete mess of herself. In that case, I'd use some pet shampoo.
How much does she eat and how much does she play? Does she eat table food?
yes, she is a big girl, but most describe her as big boned as opposed to obese... but she's going to vet's soon enough regardless...
so just a wet paper towel? no particular shampoo to use?
thanks for your suggestions :)
WOW She's a very voluptuous woman. LOL I'd take her to the vet and see what they think about her weight. In the meantime, what I've done in the past, you can wipe her bottom daily with a wet paper towel.
She turned 4 (human) years last month and she's about 19-21 pounds.
Hi, first off-you didn't mention how old she is!! I know that you said "baby girl", but that's what I call my kitty and she's 15 yrs old. If you're cat is older, then maybe she's got arthritis. If your cat is younger, then maybe she's more overweight than you think. I would take her to the vet to see what they think about her weight. Then, if they think she's too big, you can put her on a diet and get her to play some more to burn some fat.
Hope this has helped ya some! =D
