Court hearing

I'm getting pretty nervous about my hearing.  I go to my lawyer tomorrow then have my hearing on Tues.  My lawyer stated I have a weak case because my NS find of contridicted himself in my paperwork.  In Aug I had a complete MRI study which stated my CSF flow was good, but then he stated I can no longer work which I know I can't.  I told the lawyer I Fri all I can do is talk from my heart, and he said.  "Your not going to win with your heart".  So we will see what the lawyer has to say in our test run tomorrow.  I'll keep you all updated, but please keep me in your prayers.

Praying for you that you will have a good hearing. It will be tough I am sure, and they will ask all sorts of questions. Just be honest, don't sugar coat it for them. they need to know how bad and ugly it can get sometimes. My lawyer told me to think of my worst day and go off of that, because we all know that there are times we have good days, and when we do it can be hard to describe the bad ones to the fullest.  I wish you the best

I will pray for u. That lawyer seems rude. I have my hearing feb 8th. Saw my lawyer fri and he says he believes I got this....I don't have my hopes up but am not so sure, but I'm prayin everyday.....good luck and don't let them get u down...this isn't an easy road..
