Constant pressure returning After blow to the head

Ok, a little while back I was pulling my boat through the back yard. Walking backwards of course. Well my prosthetic foot broke into two peices. No warning it just snapped [unbreakable yeah right] without warning. Before I knew what had happened the back of my head hit the pavement. I wen't out for a spell don't really know how long or if it matters. No new bumps or anything on the head and no blood just terrible head pain. At the time it just felt like my brain hurt all over for a few days.

Now about a week and a half later and am having constant pressure like before my decompression. A lot of spikes of pain [those never completely left] more so than normal. Anyway...

Has anyone else hit the back of their head after surgery like this and did it cause complications? Or do I just ignore this for a bit more and hope it goes away?

No, I have my eyes on a woman Dr at CCF. She also specializes in AC which as you know also complicates my weird head. Wife and I were just discussing driving up there and discussing finacial aide with them as my insurance won't cover everything anymore. Symptoms have calmed a bit but the haS are out of control since the fall. Going, just procrastinating.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I've been offline again for a couple days so sorry for the late graditude.

Hi CW.
I agree with AngeeP and pamK5, you need to contact your NS. Jarring your head like that could have done some damage.

I pray you have not done damage and that this passes.

I asked the other day if I would need any test at my 6 week check up and was told that they do an MRI at 1 year... UNLESS I had any type of accident.  So I would say based on that it would be a good idea to call them and let them know you may need another MRI.

I am sorry you are going thru this.  I live in fear of another accident since I have read so many people having symptoms come back afterwards.  I hope this is temporary for you and no damage has been done.
