Well the doctors did what they call an ablation. They when and burn part of the inside of my heart muscle, to kill the arythmia.

If this one does not work they might try an other ablation or yes implant a pacemaker. The cardiology team decided that even if my arythmia where verry bad, it was better for me to have and ablation than a pacemaker due to the fact that need to had MRI for my brain once in a while and with a pacemaker I whould not be able to.

Thanks for the update, I will continue to keep u in my prayers......

See, no reason to be mad at ur DH, the most important thing was u, and I am glad that is where his focus and not here...lol...but I am glad u r home, and in ur own bed : )

My DD and her hubby hate the bed at his parents when they r down for a visit, so I made sure the beds here were more comfy, so if they r going to choose, it will be here...lol....

Try an d do some reading that last hour b4 u want to go to bed to see if it helps .....I had that too, and I really think it is the meds, and the schedule while in the hospital.it throws us off our natural sleep patterns....it will come back.....

Vent netime, this is the place to do it : )

You are right about my DH, even if he is a real pc wiz I don't think he ever looked at MH. He have been watching me like a hawk, and when he had to work he had my mom stay with me.

Well in 6 week I will have more test for my heart. And if everything work well I will have a regular heart beat for the first time in my life with a normal blood pressure, I should not experience anymore tachycardia or sycope and I won't need medication for my heart anymore. I keep my fingers cross. For the moment I don't feel any palpitation anymore, but I am still on my previous medication. We will be stopping them in the next 4 weeks.

I am realy tired right now. But that can be explained du to the fact that I wasn't home in the last 2 weeks. After I left the hospital my mum and DH would not let me alone with the kids. So after driving 7h to get to my mum I stayed with her and the kids for a full week. And after that my DH, kids and I had to drive an other 5h to go see the NS (opposite directions). So we had to stay at my in-laws for 3 days. I never experience a bed as uncomfy as they're guess bed! It's not even a joke the hospital bed was even more comfy then their bed!!! And now I'm home, but I'm experiencing insomnia!!! Sorry I had to vent. I'll have to go and try to sleep, I have to be up early to take my meds and give my youngest her antibiotic she is having a tooth abscess.

Hi everyone. I'm doing well. I asked my DH to put updates but he did not :(
I dearly love him, but sometime he makes me mad!

The surgery lasted a little less than 4h and I was at my mothers 2 days latter. She does not have internet so I could not put an update :(

I when to see my NS yesterday, but he wasn't to helpfull. He only looked me in my face and told me that I looked good and that my Chiari did not progress. How can he knows that without any test!!!
