I'm not diagnosed yet, I'm trying to get my doctor to send me for an MRI. I have dull aching pain 24/7 at the base of my skull, a few times a month it turns into this unforgiving throbbing severe pain, changing elevations or moving my head make it throb worse, literally nothing helps the pain. All I can do is curl up and cry until it passes. But crying makes it worse too. During these my ears ring, im tachycardia, I'm nauseous, dizzy (I'm always off balance but it gets worse). I'm 99% sure it's Chiair since I also have ehlers-danlos syndrome. Also, Its getting worse. Ive had the nasty unforgiving pain for 2 1/2 days now...that's probably not a good sign right? I can't fall asleep at night during these episodes because I'm in too much pain. I can barely sit through class. /: does this sound like Chiari?
