Sharing NS found knowledge from my experience

I didn't mention when I received my good new's the other day that I don't have tethered cord, every thing look's really good in the inside, just need time to heal.  For those of you who doesn't know my story I want to share a little of it with you because when I was in seeing my NS we were talking about my surgeries.  I had to have 3 surgeries in all because of CSF leak's.   My NS said I was a mystery case because he couldn't figure out why my body was rejecting the stitches they put around your dura.  He told me he has had several people come to him to fix other dr's mistakes and he told me he has opened these patient's up and he think's of me and how he ended up fixing my leak's.  He used Muslin.  I told him I guess this journey was meant to be and I'm very thankful through all the surgeries I went through he has learned to help other's.  It gives me a good feeling knowing all of this happen's for a reason.  If I have to be the one to endure some pain to help other's.  I'm very thankful for that.  Also very thankful that I am now healing and nothing wrong is going on inside.  Hope this story gives some of you hope and also to let you know.  It is all worth it in the long run.  We all learn from our experiences.  I'm thankful my NS learned something to help other's.

It is good to hear some positive news, all to often we hear the negative and this can be discouraging for people who are new to CM & it's related conditions.
