caszam, I was recently diagnosed. Haven't had the horrible headache that we've heard about. Of course, I have several other symptoms (vision impairment, ringing ears, etc.) That having been said. It seems quite possible to have Chiari absent the headaches (which is a blessing). I say listen to selmaS. It would be in your best interest to find a doctor who's well experienced in Chiari care. Depending upon where you live, and how far you're prepared to travel; it could be quite a chore. But worth it.
I wish you well in your quest for answers and the care you need and deserve. God be with you.
i didn have a whiplash, doc said to me that because i explained that i had had a very bad shock with my grandma's death and he said it could be the shock but i am not sure i am very worried, but if i think in my entire life the only thing i remember is to be a little bit clumsy in sports
Were you in a MVA or have you had an injury that it could be whip lash?
Is the Dr well experienced with Chiari?
There are far more Drs that do not understand Chiari and more of us getting misinformation from these well intentioned Drs....
You may want to research Drs that are well experienced with Chiari and ALL related conditions.
