healing?

When do you know when healing is complete and what symptoms you are going to have to deal with for the rest of your life? I'm 10 weeks out, I feel like I make progress some days and than take 2 steps back; (

Hi.....my NS told me it can take up to 2 yrs for the nerves to heal, and I will say that I have found with each year that passed I have less and less symptoms.....

We are all different...and since I had EDS I was told that it could take longer to heal as we do tend to heal slower then average....

What we do can affect our recovery....do not try to follow a time line for recovery...listen to your body....and allow it all the time it needs.

I was told 12-18 months.  My brainstem was compressed and my ns says it will take at least 12 months to not be compressed.  I was also told 1 step forward 2 back for at least one year
