Prepping my first appointment
Hi everyone,
Looking for some advice on my first appointment with Dr. Dan Heffez. I don't have one scheduled yet because i'm waiting for him to receive and review my MRI and questionnaire, but in anticipation I would like to go in prepared for the appointment. if anybody has any recommendations and/or what I can expect, I would be grateful for the wisdom. TIA!
