4 Year Old Anger

I have a four year old boy who goes back and forth between the father and I.  The father seems to think that our son has extreme anger issues.  I tend to disagree.  The father only has him everyother weekend and a couple hours on tuesday, otherwise I have him.  I don't seem to have any problems with him.  My sons father is talking about putting him in anger management. Is that necessary?  The only anger I see from my son is when its nap time or its bed time, and that's because he fights his sleep, he always has since he was an infant. Other than that his dad wipes him when he's in the bathroom and I don't.  I tell him he is a big boy and he needs to do it on his own because when school starts or he's in daycare/preschool no one is going to do it for him.  Plus he knows how and has been doing it for months now.  But after he gets back from his dad's he has a tendency to scream that I NEED to do it for him.  Which I don't. He usually sits there until he does it himself.  But that's the only problems (which aren't really problems) I have.  So my question is Do my son actually need to seek anger management?? (Personally I think it is absurd and his father doesn't know how to handle a 4 year old, am I wrong?)
