My 5 year old is starting to poop his pants 3 times a night but dont do it in school.When I ask him why he laughs at me?I tryed to make him sit,i dont want to scream or make a big deal of it but what can I do???

I think it's reasonable to establish a reward system and give him a reward (modest) for each day he refrains from this behavior. If he does soil, have him participate in the clean up and then give him a ten-minute time out.

i have a 10year old foster child who has been defacating in his pants since he was removed from his home its been two years now i dont know what i could do ive tried a softner like recommened only to make bigger mess i belive it started as an emotional problem but i think its turned into a habit     i need some advice
