almost 4 yr old son who can't stop wetting pants and bed!

My soon to be 4 year old son, wets his pants at least twice a day, and always wets the bed. I feel like I've tried everything to break him of it, but nothing works. There hasn't been any new transitions in his life, we have a very normal routine, but he continually wets his pants and bed. When he wets his pants during the day, he will hide his wet pants and underwear and change his clothes without telling me. It seems like he 'waits' to go to the bathroom until it's too late. I don't know what to do anymore I am at my wits end.  Please help. :)

have you talked to his dr, maybe his bladder isnt a strong as everyone elses. does he drink alot during the day or before bed?

You might have to take him to the tolite every once and a while.
