my son is 2. he does not listen to anything we say. he shouts alot. and when we disiplin him he just dosnt care. he goes it to a day dream alot. and he has also started shoutin in his sleep. he does this at least 4 times a nite.

Two yr old's do a lot of weird things. The night time shouting could be night mares or he may be just doing it for attention. But what I have to ask is this.....Has he ever had any sort of seizure? the reason I ask this is because daydreaming can be a sign of a seizure called a absent seizures and shouting out in his sleep could be him making noise from having a seizure. It sounds like shouting like they are frightened or scared. When did he start the shouting in his sleep? How long has he been doing this for? The night time seizures I believe are called nocturnal seizures. There are other signs of seizurous activity as well.
