penis hole stretch

Hi, I have a question concerning my son's penis,
He has complained of two openings on his penis, the orginal pee hole and another one next to it which is just connected by skin. He says everytime he urinates the pee comes out of both holes and it gets every where. As of now the skin that was connecting the two hole has now stretched and the two holes are now one big pee hole. Is this normal?

It's not normal in the sense that it is to be expected. Now, does that mean it is a problem? Not necessarily. His doctor should examine him.

It is possible that he has two urethra's(the tube that carries urine from the bladder to the end of the penis) This would certainly cause him to pee all over the place. He needs to see a doctor and get it checked. Duplications in the urinary system are quite common.
