Mysterious Testicle Pain

Been experiencing a dull achy feeling in my testicles for over 3 weeks now.  I was evaluated by an ER doctor and tested negative for any STIs or other infections.  Had an ultrasound and there was nothing major found.  They did find a very small varicocele.  I consulted a urologist who told me that the varicocele was not large enough to be causing the pain and the only reason they knew I had one is from the ultrasound.  He told me that my testicles appear completely normal.  He said he found a small amount of blood in my urine and I had been experiencing some back pain, so he sent me for a CT scan to check for kidney stones.  The CT scan came back normal.  I workout a lot, so my main question is, could my back being out of alignment pinch nerves to my testicles?  Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Thank you for the response.  Both the doctor at the ER and the urologist ruled out torsion through examination.  Its truly an anomaly

Joe, I suppose anything is possible, but I'm not thinking this is something that chiropractic care will improve. Is it worth looking into? Sure... but it may be a torsion issue more so than a nerve problem.
