What do you mean incubation phase?  Where have you gotten your information about chlamydia?

Incubation phase, post expousre phase but pre-symptomatic. Information obtained from internet.

Well, that is a very misleading statement because about 75% of women and 50% of men never have symptoms but have chlamydia.  So, it is not a very good statement at all because yes, chlamydia is still transmittable even if symptoms are not present.
