Cholestrol level is funny!

Hi , 2.5 months ago i had my Cholestrol test as total 6.4 LDL 4.4 HDL 1.1 Triglyceride 2.0
i live in sydney australlia 27 years old 180cm high and was 110 kilo.

after that test i became vegan and lost 12 kilos plus my test results came to this

total 4.5 LDL 2.4 HDL 0.9 Triglyceride 1.5

everything has dropped including my HDL, according to my doctor its not healthy and I have to boost my HDL!

but i have done everything that they say! exercise and losing weight and eating healthy!

is it normal to have this HDL or its dangerous?? will this go up if I i keep doing on losing weight and exercise and eating healthy?

Idont smoke by the way,but in result says my Coronary Heart Disease Risk ratio as 5!
Regards

You say you exercise.   How much,  what type,  how often?

Are you running, cycling, walking,  or just lifting weights?

Exercise can often raise your HDL by 10 or more points,,
That is on your scale,  from about 0.9 to 1.2 or much more.
Often easily more depending on what you do.

No need to be scared.  You have many years to get your cholesterol in order.   So far you have taken many good steps.
Don't let the doctor put you on drugs before you experiment with getting your HDL boosted.
Your weight still has a long way to go and as you lose,  your numbers may look better.  Do not get discouraged as this is a 50 year journey and you are taking important steps early.
