Im 21 years old and i am constantly feeling like im going to pass out and weak like a weak feeling with someone who has hypoglycemia but ive tested negative for diabetes and hypoglycemia also to be noted during my weakness my penis shrinks during the weakness like being in cold water ive been to many doctors and clinics and no one can tell me why i need someones help please its affecting my job and everything.
