I don't understand this, what is wrong with me?

I get bouts of depression and fatigue which last for like four to five days. These periods have become like living hell for me.
The symptoms are
-Fatigue,legs and hands feel numb
-My head becomes completely clouded. Its like I cannot control myself anymore .
This thing has affected my work a lot.I just cannot concentrate on anything at all.My test scores(I am a student) drop drastically during this period.
-Anxiety and racy,illogical thoughts.
-Depression and feeling worthless.
-Easily irritated and angry.
-Sleepy during day and unable to sleep during the night
-Feel light headed.
I went to a doctor for these reasons a few months ago,he suggested me to take a thyroid test. The results showed that I had an auto immune problem,so on doctors recommendation,I have been taking 12.5mcg thyronorm daily.I was fine for about 3 months but now all this has returned again.Since the past two weeks I have been unable to study anything and I feel extremely stressed out NOT KNOWING what is wrong with me.I would greatly appreciate any help given on this platform, because frankly I need it.

I don't know about thyroid. Maybe your meds need to be adjusted.

They should check your Vitamin D and B12 too

You are on the lowest possible dose of the medication.  This is standard practice.  Talk to your doctor - your dose may need to be changed.
