Symptoms

How does Chronic Fatigue work? Do you feel normal on some days or part of the time? Or is it just fatigue 24/7? Also does anyone else have a mild fever with Chronic Fatigue? I've been feeling really tired with a mild fever for over 4 weeks now. Sometimes I feel better. Especially when I get a good night rest. Does this sound like Chronic Fatigue at all? My fever ranges from 99.0 - 100.4. It's mostly in the 99s though. Once in a while it will drop back down to 98ish.

Thanks for reading. I'm really worried.

Does it last all the time? Or go away sometimes where you almost feel normal?

Hello,
The symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome include feeling very tired for more than a day (24 hours) after physical or mental exercise, forgetting things or having a hard time focusing, feeling tired even after sleeping and low grade fever or low body temperature.

Try to stop or do less of the things that seem to trigger your tiredness. Over-the-counter pain relievers such as Advil, Motrin, or Aleve can help with body aches, headaches, and muscle and joint pain and massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, yoga, stretching, may also help.
