copd,,,,

One more thing,,,the day after my attack i went to the gp and they tezted the oxegen level in my blood and said it was good,,,I have to work in the cold and I work 12 hours a day,,,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've had.  Both Spiriva® HandiHaler® (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder) and Serevent® Inhalation Aerosol (salmeterol xinafoate) are good for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and some people do better using both.  You should carry a short-acting bronchodilator, such as albuterol, at all times and don't hesitate to use it at the first sign of an attack.  Yes, a doctor can tell that you have COPD just by a breathing test.  But, remember, a person can live for a long time with COPD.
