heart palputations/hard to breath

I am a female and weigh 125-130 lbs 5'4'.... i drank two large red bulls and a small one today, or maybe two small ones... not sure and had a glass of water, my muscles are twitching a lot and it feels very hard to breath. not sure if this is the right forum, its giving me anxiety. advice?

I'm not an expert, but if you feel that you cannot breathe, you need to seek medical attention.  Red Bull contains a large amount of caffeine, which can make you anxious, jumpy, make your heart race, etc.  I'd suspect you're feeling the effects of those Red Bulls, but I'd suggest seeking medical attention just to make sure it's not more serious.

Thank you very much for responding, Im afraid if I go to the hospital, it will turn out to be nothing. I can breath I just feel like Im having a panic or anxiety attack and my muscles and legs are jumping really bad. even on my stomach and shoulders. everywhere.

Don't drink the energy drinks any more all that stuff is bad for you they have even pulled some energy stuff off the shelves because of them causing heart problems it's not good for you
