help me avoid anencyphaly

Hello,
I am a Moroccan married man.I wonder I could receive any kind of help to having a foetus with Anencephaly.We have had two preganacies but, unfortunately,in both cases the foetus got Anencephaly .The first case was to a male foetus who had Anencephaly abd Spina Bifida and died during delivery.However, in the second one, the foetus had only Anencephaly and aborted. I hope I could benifit from you expertise to avoid the risk of having such defect for the future pergnancies. Thanks

have your wife start taking folic acid my son had it as well and the doc told me to take folic acid
