herbal remedies

i have just been reading about the herbal medicines Emphotab and Hismatax . Has anyone had any personal usage of these and if so were they effective? Are they readily available in this country?

i have no information about emphotab or hismatax, but i have two friends one with BOOP and another with very bad asthma.  they both took from a israeli man that is originally from india a natural remedy that have improved there lung function drastically.
my friend with BOOP had lung function of 26% and within 2 1/2 months her lung fuction rose to 44% and she doesn't need her oxygen tank.  as for my friend with asthma, she had 40% lung function and within 6 weeks it rose to 88% and she is now for the first time in her life walks 5 km. daily.

BOOP is bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia, a type of chronic lung disease.

i know that this remedi is made on a honey base, with many herbs and spices.
i understand that he (Solomon) has sent from israel to europe and the u.s.
i have no idea how the money transation takes place, but i'm sure i could find out.
