Just an update on my surgery

I finally have a date.  December 10th.  WooHoo!!!!  I know I'd like it done a lot sooner, so would the surgeon but he said it's going to be very complicated and he wants his partner to do the surgery with him since he specializes in tumors.  That date is the first opportunity they have where they are both free.  But, on the bright side I will have two top notch neurosurgeons instead of one and I have time to get into the best physical and metal shape I can get into before then and I have time to get all of my holiday stuff in order.  So I am going to look at it that way.

I wanted to update you all because I know I've posted about this tumor and surgery and the fear from it all.  So we are on the way.  Then when this is all over I can concentrate 100% on my liver.  :)

Thank you all for your support through this.  Especially when most of you are going through your own thing and many much more serious.  (((((Hugs)))))

Thank you Dee and McKansas.  And everyone.  I feel like I can sit down and take a breath for a minute now that it's scheduled.  That was my #1 thing to do because I can't do anything until that is taken care of.  :)

Advocate:  thank you bunches.  I believe it's in December, I will have to look to see the actual date.. and I'm very glad that you mention that because I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to reschedule that.

Kitty:  Thank you very much.  It's taken awhile to get this far and a lot of phone calls and appointments, but it was all worth it, or it will be in the end anyways.  :)
