Do I need need any medicine for removal of polyps by colonoscopy?

I have a colonoscopy but after colonoscopy they said they removed two polyps but did not give me any medicine. My doctor having a vacation. So do I need any medicine for the procedure of removing polyps. Answer me I need Help?
