Just a quick question. please can someone give me advice.

Ok ive been told that a benign tumour can look the same as a cancer tumour my question is

Can a Benign tumour cause the same symtpoms as a cancer one,  for example could it cause rapid weight loss and bleeding???

I am no doctor, but I do believe that benign tumors can cause cancerous symptoms. If you are experiencing bleeding, you may have a colon polyp. If you get it checked out early enough, it may not turn into cancer. Of course, you are kind of young to have colon cancer. Most people are 50 and older before they get this type of cancer. Whatever happens, I wish you good luck :)
