Are you just wanting the behavior to stop or is it time to go after what you are angry about?
tg
Yes i want it to stop.please suggest.
Trying to just stop the behavior is a good first try. You may or may not find you have to go after the feelings underneath to do it.
Another question: Are you able to stop when you are aware you are doing it, like if your wife tells you at the time?

yes I try to do by pintching my upper lip against my teeth. .I have started doing this recently inoder to improve..but I think all time..Most of my thoughts are past regression which turn into anger..Sometime I say to myself lets move on from the past.Is thegestre a technique you can suggest
This sort of alternate behavior is a very good place to start. Having a signal that your wife or other good friends can use to alert you to when you are doing it may also help. Just telling yourself sharply "stop" may also help.
Sometimes the more you try to push things down, the harder they push back.
If these approaches aren't doing the job then I would suggest going in the opposite directing and really going after what you are angry about eith on your own or with the help of a therapist. If the part of you that is angry (probably for good reasons) gets heard directly, then it won't have to keep sneaking out of your mouth.

This behaviour is treated by psychaiterist or psycologists?? Last 2 days I listen to some spiritual mantras & I am a little calm.does spirituality helps.I need to know what trigggers this behaviour? Why does this happen???
Yes this would be a good thing to get the help of a mental health professional. Ã…nything in the relaxation /meditation realm will help--but only to a point.
I think it is likely that things have happened to you that have made you angry (probably with good reason). You have tried to put them behind you but they are too much to just forget. The memories and feelings keep pushing to get recognized and looked at. the more you push them away, the more they push back.
Therapy is likely to be very helpful.
