heart failure prognosis

I am a 60 year old male I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure   coronary artery disease  chronic obstructive pulmonary disease   type2 diabetes,along with high blood pressure.
having spoken to the cardiologist.about prognosis she replied that it was an impossible task to give me a prognosis
due to having separate problems
is this so.

I have CHF and it was suggested that I control as many risk factors as possible.  I took that advice very seriously about 15 years ago and lost weight to a normal BMI level, quit smoking, controlled my diabetes, exercised and kept my blood pressure in normal ranges, changed my diet and I guess it worked to some degree, I'm still here.  I'm once again facing serious cardiac issues, but by taking control of what I could, I added about 20% more quality time on the sunny side of the earth.
