Furosemide, Spironolactone and Klor-con

I take Lisinopril 10mg, furosemide 40mg and Klor-con potassium. I have just been prescribed Spironolactone 25mg and Carvedilol 6.25. Does anyone know if these are all safe to take together especially the for Furosemide and Spironolactone
