Is something bad wrong???

I am 18 years old, weigh about 275-285, 6'1".For the past few weeks my pulse has been very, or at least I think I can hear it in my head. I have been worrying about it constantly for the past month or so. Is there something bad wrong with me or am I just having panic attacks or freaking out for no reason?

Thanks,

Chase

What is your pulse rate?  Young people can experience an awareness of their pulses throughout their body and hear them along with actually seeing them. Usually, it is because of a strong heartbeat, which is a good thing.
