Mine was 38-. MD, Cardiolosist said mod. pulmonary hypertension. Also said mod regurgitation to mitral, tricuspid and pulmonic valves. Based on one of the pressures else where my PCP said one or some of valves needed replacing. Also one side of heart is enlargrd. My response and I know it shouldn't be: I have ignored it and contributed chest pain and SOB to being tired. I guess you could say I"m in denial. Each time I have SOB/chest pain, I kinda panic. I know my reaction is crazy, especially since I am a nurse, hospice nurse at that. I tell myself that I do not look like my patients that have had PH as diagnosis. Thnka Carole for your response. At what point were you diagnosed? How long ago? What was your pressure when diagnosed and what symptoms were you experiencing? I feel soooo tired and have no energy all the time. Blessings. Madlyn
I have Severe Pulmonary Hypertention and the pressures in my lungs are around 80-85. I think the normal range should be about 35. Hope this helped
