Mr. G S a 56 year old managment executive in a pharmaceutical multinational was brought to the hospital at 3 am with complaints of nausea, profuse sweating all over the body. he has dyspnea and orthopnea. on enquiry he also complained that the crushing pressure was radiating as pain down his left arm. pain was not relieved by paracetamol which he has consumed. on examination his skin was cold and clammy and feeble pulse of 113/min. blood pressure was 90/70 mm of Hg. he has NORMAL JVP. he ate red meat, lot of eggs..
can you please tell me the reasons of all the symtoms. i think the disease could be related to 'left ventricular dysfunction'
