Confused with Crohns

Im 25 year old female. I dont drink or smoke.  My gall bladder was taken out last January. I had a colonoscopy done that came back normal. My blood work showed my vitamin levels were good but that i have crohns. I just had an upper GI done and there is narrowing but no inflammation. They told me to take probiotics and fiber. They tried me Lianda which made me throw up. I get severe upper abdominal pain and back pain no lower pain though. I feel full and have no energy at all. My BMs are usully every other day. Sometimes I have diahrea.I get pains down my right leg. I have a one year old and sometimes i cant even hold him bc i have no energy too. Please help me. I dont think i have crohns. I dont have a lot of the symptoms it seems like.
