Crohn's and ADD, one or the other

To skip to the question read down to last two paragraphs.

In June 2006 I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. I was down to 65 pounds at that point, at age 12 that's un-heard of. By the end of the year I found my current medicine, infliximab. It's kept me in remission and I've had no problems with it. This previous May (2010) I was diagnosed with ADHD/ADD specific and was put on Concerta, just in time for final exams. I stopped taking it over the summer because I had no real use for it then. I started taking it again with school starting and, with my increased motivation, its allowed me to do really well in school. The main side effect of Concerta is that you don't want to eat at all, without even realizing that you don't. I'm 16 and (was) 130 pounds, so I'm a small guy for my age. Recently I weighed myself (two weeks into starting on the medicine, half a week ago) and I was down to 110 pounds. This alarmed me, but I was afraid to tell anyone, including my parents. I need to do well in school being my junior year and poor GPA, so I didn't want my parents to take me off the medicine.

Recently, I've been worried that I might be going out of remission for the first time, and it's got me worried. Granted I my eating has gone down the drain, but I don't think 20+ pounds lost in two weeks is just the medicine. In the past week I've had adominal (abdominal) pains that I took as being "falsely-hungry" (a side-effect of Concerta). Today I experienced the horrible diarehha that I experienced when I was diagnosed with Crohn's. I'm starting to wonder if maybe my ADD medicine is covering up the Crohn's issues.

If anyone else has experienced similar issues I would much appreciate the comments. If there is a link between Concerta and infliximab that would be nice to know as well. And, in your opinion, is it a smart idea to continue to possibly lose the much-needed weight if I would feel bood grades are more important? Or should I stop taking it?

"bood" in the last paragraph should be "good"
