Diarrhea or now I can't go

I have Crohn's for 35 years and had a resection. I had no problem having stools. No matter what and that meant whatever the docs gave me for pain meds ie:morphine or vicodin ect It still did not stop me from having diarrhea. I have been on 3 packs of Questran since the resection but the last month I have lost 30 lbs and it's either I have diarrhea or it stops all of a sudden and I won't go for 7 or 8 days until I take a bottle of mag citrate. After that it start's everything back up, blood in the stools, mucus, pain nausea, I haven't eaten a full meal for 3 weeks. I've lived on Resorse Breeze during this time. My last colonoscopy was over 1 year and the doc couldn't get up to the anastamosis because I had a lot of intestines and the scope couldn't reach. X-rays were normal  This time I"M REALLY SCARED I"VE NEVER HAD THIS MY INTIRE LIFE I"M 53!!!!
